A Few Words About us

Sparking Capital is an early stage fund backing entrepreneurs with unique industry insights, powerful vision, passion, courage and excellence in the execution of their plans.

Sparking Capital focuses on pre-seed & seed investments. We are industry agnostic but have a preference for investments in consumer internet, marketing-tech, supply chain-tech, fin-tech, property-tech, circular economy-tech startups with differentiating value propositions, disruptive business models which have the potential to become national champions and/or scale up fast internationally.

We spark the growth of the startups we invest in, side by side with their founders, to become great companies that create long lasting competitive advantages.

Sparking Capital Fund II is a venture capital fund with investment by the Recovery Equity Fund of Funds Romania, a mandate financed through Romania’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) and managed by the European Investment Fund (EIF)

Smart money investments

We invest in early stage startups (pre-seed or seed).
Our ticket is up to 300,000 Euro. We are hands on investors, developing the business together with the founders.

Business Network

We are connecting and engaging Startups with our business network to help them sharpen their strategic approach, acquire customers profitably, strengthen unit economics and rise future financing rounds.

Mentorship

We leverage our multifunctional expertise gained as entrepreneurs and board members in multinational corporations to embark our fonder’s ventures on a fast growth journey.

Scaling up internationally

We facilitate international scale up through our national and European network of VCs.
